We came to Bron’s after seeing them recommended online as one of the best places to take a Subaru in Olympia. We needed a pre-purchase inspection done and the staff at Bron’s were not only kind, but incredibly informative, and gave us helpful tips to ensure we would keep our soon-to-be car in tip-top shape. We truly appreciated their service and attention to detail, the breakdown and photos they gave us made us feel confident moving forward with our purchase. We’re grateful for them being a part of this process and would absolutely bring our car back here for future work!

My experience at Bron's was the best I have ever had at an auto shop. 1. The establishment is spotlessly clean. Yes, even the restrooms! 2. There is a coffee bar and a place to work. Plenty of charging outlets too. 3. The shuttle service was amazing! They got me to my destination quickly and the music selection was good. 4. The employees educated me extremely thoroughly about what was going on with my car. No BS. No over-quoting or inappropriate up-selling. 5. The team was quick to diagnose the issues and repaired what they could the initial day of diagnostics. I will absolutely return. Bron's will always have my business.

Hands-down, the best mechanic I have ever taken my car to. I'm sure he is great with any car but I have a 2013 Honda fit and he used to work for Honda. He can get accessories and parts and other places can't or I would never know about and also just the car felt really great after they changed the brake fluid great vibe in the lobby with amazing coffee and hot chocolate machine good people I look forward to bronze Automotive servicing my Honda for the next 200,000 miles

I’ve had many great experiences with Bron’s Automotive over the years, but two recent ones stand out. When I was shopping for a used car for my daughter’s first car, I had Bron’s do a pre-purchase inspection. They found several major problems: a failing coolant system, brake pads worn past the legal limit, and evidence that the car had been in an accident and reassembled incorrectly. Without serious work, that car would have likely left my daughter stranded on the side of the road. Bron’s went the extra mile—pricing out the needed repairs, comparing them against the car’s market value, and advising me on a maximum I should pay. Their honest guidance saved me from a costly mistake. If you’re buying a used car, I highly recommend having Bron’s look it over first. More recently, they replaced the headlight units in my truck. As always, the work was excellent. Bron’s expertise and service consistently exceed their very fair pricing. I can’t recommend them enough.

10/10 will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else. I was having problems with my Rav 4 and took it to another mechanic in town who told me needed $10,000 worth of work and a new transmission. I decided to try and get my partners old truck going instead, until i could afford to replace the Rav 4. I took the truck to Brons with a laundry list of repairs and maintenance. They told me it would probably take a full week. Knowing it would be a struggle for me to be without a car that long, they offered to take a look at my Rav 4 on the chance that could be fixed quicker. They got the Rav 4 in the next day and fixed it with a quick transmission service for a couple hundred bucks. I picked my truck up today. Both vehicles are running great for a *fraction* of the cost that the other guy told me it would take to fix only 1 of them. They were very communicative throughout the process, and all around rad dudes.
